For me, it all started with a sandwich...that is what I was ordering in my lunchtime break when I engaged in conversation with Roger Wilson CBE, Honorary President of Sarcoma UK and a good friend of the family for many years. On learning I had a place in the London Marathon, Roger asked if I would consider running for his charity and I am really pleased to be able to help a charity that needs funds to increase knowledge and awareness of sarcoma and that also offers support to patients and their carers.
