As you know - I don't even run for a bus - so this is a shock to all our systems!!! But I'm willing to train for the next 2 months to get in shape to run my first 5k race to help more people beat cancer.

We all know several people effected by cancer and worse still we've lost them to the dreadful disease - I want to help make this stop.

JUNE UPDATE - Running 5.4k in 38ish minutes!

and it takes 41 minutes if i chase my friend the grey squirrel in the park!!!
