We provide information and support to anyone in the legal community experiencing mental health and wellbeing problems. We work to raise awareness, promote understanding and to improve the culture and practice of law.
We do this through support (helpline, peer support, webchat, resources), prevention and education (information, training, awareness, tackling stigma), research (understanding the impact the culture and practice of law has on wellbeing and mental health) and by driving positive change in education, training and practice.
