We support people across Scotland to have better mental health and wellbeing.

Story

A team of 8 set out to run the iconic West Highland Way trail (out and back) in a day - 192 miles over technical terrain, with close to 30,000ft of ascent and descent (in 24 hours). The strength of our community was clear. We had countless conversations with people in person and on social media who previously hadn’t spoken about their own mental health challenges, many came out to share the journey with us and support the attempt.

This is an ambitious team running challenge

The goal for the team is to run the entire Scottish National Trail as a relay and set a winter record on the route.

We plan to start on the 23rd January, although this will be weather dependent. The initial Cape Wrath section is very remote and extremely dangerous in winter.

The route is 864km, from Cape Wrath to Kirk Yetholm (North to South) along one of Britain's toughest and most varied routes (even more so in Winter!). We're  aiming to complete the entire route within 100 hours. There will be 9 runners and the relay will run continuously.page5image1603547024
