Myself and a friend are going to walk, completley un-aided from porto, portugal to Santiago de compostela, spain. Carrying our entire gear including tents, clothes, sleeping bags, water, etc adding up to roughly 30kg of weight,  this 400 kilometer walk should take us around 3 weeks to complete. The route is a historical pilgrimage that takes us through remote mountainous areas and coastal paths in portugal then up through baron deserted areas into eastern spain.

I have chosen this charity after spending some time working in the field with medical help in northern Nepal and seeing first hand how severe the situation there has become. Medicine and building costs are very expensive in such un accessible areas so funds are needed desperately! and charities like this are the main source so any amount given is massivley appreciated!!  If you are not in a position to donate then dont worry,  maybe simply sharing this post will be all it takes to get it some more attention that could be worth just as much or more!
