At our recent hospital open day I had the great pleasure of meeting one of our volunteers, Margaret Foreacre, aged 84. Margaret modestly told me that she will be abseiling the 170 metre Spinnaker Tower in August in aid of Poole Hospital Charity. Then, she asked me to join her. How could I say anything but "yes"?
