Our mental well-being is as much an important part of life as our physical health, but for so many of us it feels like an uphill struggle at times.

With mental health still often treated as a taboo subject and resources that are often hard to access or engage with, it's more important than ever to do everything we can to make sure that everyone - from the ones we love, to complete strangers - is able to get the help and support they need to improve and maintain their mental health situation.

With the stresses and pressures of our everyday lives, as well as recent global events, many of us have struggled, some in little ways, some in bigger, more profound ways.  

For the members of Phoenix Legion, it's been amazing to have an outlet like gaming, and our little community that comes with it, to lean on when things get tough and this event is a chance for us to give something back and help make sure that everyone has access to the help and resources they need.
