Sadly on the 4th February 2022, Dad passed away at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital. 

Dad was a dialysis patient for a number of years, before he was fortunate enough to receive a kidney transplant in January 2018. Kidney Wales help support dialysis patients and their families, with advice, information and funding to improve patient care throughout Wales.
