Story
This Spring I am training for the 2016 London Marathon and raising money for the amazing National Portrait Gallery.
I am training every week from January until the race at the end of April, and from February you can sponsor a training session. For each session, you have the choice to Rule My Run by adding additional rules, conditions or challenges. Choose a soundtrack, an extra running accessory, or add an exercise such as burpees to increase the challenge!

About the National Portrait Gallery
In January 2012 the Duchess of Cambridge announced the National Portrait Gallery as one of five charities of which she would become patron. As a result of the Duchess’s patronage the Gallery has become part of the Princes’ Charities Forum. This year, through the Princes’ Charities Forum, the National Portrait Gallery has been given the opportunity to raise essential money for their Families Programme.
Families Programme
The Gallery's Families Programme offers a diverse range of activities and events, inspired by our Collection. Support for the programme will also help the Gallery’s Family Activity Base (FAB) a vibrant, mobile unit which is an onsite ‘meet and greet’ point for family groups. Families can collect information, resources and materials to inspire them about our Collection, including a “pop-up gallery” resource.
