Our family is no different than thousands more across the UK that have been affected with Alzheimers or other forms of Dementia. My wife has worked in the care industry for a number of years and see's the devastating effects of this horrible disease first hand.

The Grand Canyon Rim to Rim to Rim is an iconic trail run covering nearly 50 miles with 20,000ft of elevation change. I've had this on my bucket list for some time and hope that the training up and down the Pennines is enough to get me through.
