The Cape Wrath Trail · 18 October 2022

Our mission is to preserve and protect the health of UK patients suffering with MS and / or haematologically-rooted Autoimmune Disease, in the provision of signposting, support & grants. We are the first charity with a focus on HSCT ( Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant) for MS & Autoimmune Disease.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. In spring my walking books are back on - Walking for AIMS Charity

The Cape Wrath Trail is one of the world's finest long distance walks. The route leads you across most of the north west coast of Scotland via Morar, Knoydart, Torridon and Assynt, winding through its most beautiful glens and mountains.

The trail is a 230 mile completely unmarked route, with many river crossings.

It is classed as the UK's greatest backpacking challenge. I aim to complete this challenge in 14-17 days. As normal I will be doing this solo, and due to its remoteness I will be carrying all I need and wild camping along the route
