We support RNOH's vital work to provide key services and facilities

Story

Steve Ivin, a good friend for over 25 years, recently had major surgery at the RNOH and is now on a long and intensive rehab programme.

I thought I would do a 10 in 10 Challenge - that is lose 10% of my weight in 10 weeks; with all the proceeds I raise going to the RNOH.

I hope people will donate to such a wonderful specialised hospital, each and every pound raised will be very much appreciated.

The initial weigh-in will take place on Wednesday 19 January and the final weigh-in will take place on Wednesday 30 March.

The initial weight : 97.9kg

Amount to lose : 9.79kg (just over 1 1/2 stone in old money)

Target Weight : 88.11kg
