Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Towards the end of 2014 I made a decision to change my life. I now exercise regularly and eat less. I have already lost almost 3 stone in weight and want to keep going with increasing my fitness.
I have signed up for the Swim 22 challenge along with 10 x 10k races and a half marathon in November 2015. It would be great to raise some money for charity along the way and I have chosen Diabetes Scotland following a meeting with their regional fundraiser, Karen Moore.
