Story
Our Dad, Peter Cunningham passed away very suddenly in his sleep, with no prior illness or warning signs aged 63 on 22nd May 2020. We are comforted knowing that he was simply asleep, didn't suffer and was unaware. He was a very kind hearted, thoughtful and warm person. He would always lend a hand and was good for a giggle too.
Dad always loved watching the horse racing and sometimes had a little flutter. We had a lovely day out at York races in the mid 90's and I'm pretty sure he backed at least one winner.
He was very kind hearted and we think its fitting that if anyone would like to make a donation in his memory that it should go to a good cause such as re-habilitating and re-homing race horses as it was such a passion of his. He said he was ready for the 'knackers yard' himself but we were not at all prepared for his sudden departure.
We love you lots Dad and always will. Hope you do well on the 2.45 at Kempton.
