Hi Everyone 

I recently lost my Father in Law , Pete Coombe. He passed  away four days ago.

In these extraordinary times we won’t all be allowed to turn up and say goodbye or have any where to place our flowers

So I have decided to try to complete this challenge to raise money for the Bristol Kidney Patients Association as Pete and his wife Valerie were known to them over many years.

Pete looked after his wife for many years driving her back and forth to Bristol for treatment and eventually helping her with her dialysis at home. All whilst working full time with no other help.Then thankfully forty four years ago Valerie received a kidney transplant and to this day is still doing well. Pete continued to be devoted to her and his care, love and dedication has kept her alive.

Unfortunately he suffered ill health himself over the past few years but never complained. He lost his fight and at the age off 88 passed peacefully away at home surrounded by his family.

He was an extraordinary gentleman who will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
