We help veterans and their families to live the life they deserve after service

Story

As a part of a Cobham team with Neil Sutcliffe, Darren Moncrieff, Duncan Milne, Paul Armstrong and my son Luke, I am participating in the 2015 Spartan Race in Scotland on Sunday, 19 July to raise funds for Help for Heroes.  This will involve running, climbing, and crawling my way across numerous obstacles and terrain designed to test physical strength and mental resolve.

Help for Heroes is a hugely significant UK organisation supporting servicemen and women of our armed forces today.  Through its recovery centres and programs, the organisation supports serving and reservist personnel and veterans who have suffered injuries or illness as a result of their service, as well as their close family and dependents.

My aim is to raise £5,000 to support this important work and I need your help to achieve this.
