On Sat I am running the Dales High Way Ultra. It is 104 miles and about 4500m of climb. This will be the furthest I have ever run. Originally I was doing this for myself and the challenge but I have decided to use it as an opportunity to raise funds for a charity local to me.

The Diane Modahl Sports Foundation (DMSF) is an organisation that works with young people from disadvantaged areas across the North West of England, enabling them to make the most of Themselves in Sport, school and life.
