The Emmaus North East community provides home, work and support for formerly homeless people. Having survived the pandemic so far they want to launch some new projects: to expand their community and their social enterprise. See their web and Facebook pages.

I'm celebrating my 65th with a virtual party, donations to ENE. I hope this will (also) raise the bar of people's belief in connecting with each other over the winter ahead. As long as the Web holds up.
