This year I have chosen to raise money for a wonderful charity, Cranleigh RDA. They provide therapeutic riding lessons to children and adults with additional needs. 

I have again set myself a challenge of completing 100 Burpees a day throughout January. So 3,100 for the full month. This really is brutally hard and from my learnings from last year, tough on your body.

My son Jack has been attending the RDA for over a year and the team there are so wonderful and caring with him, as with all of their other students. It has really given him an improved self-confidence and independence. 

It is only a relatively small charity, but it is really doing so much for the community and those that are lucky enough to share in its wonder.
