10 Thousand Pull Ups in 30 Days! · 1 June 2017
My Challenge for the MLT this year is a tough one. 10 Thousand Full Heaves (No Flicking, Kicking or Swinging ensuring Full Arm Extension and Chin over Bar). Completed within 1 month.
This challenge requires me to do an average of 333 and a bit heaves (Pull Ups) every day.
I hope you can support me with this challenge for this worthy cause, I have seen 1st hand how the Charity have supported young people made homeless with accommodation, Clothing and Food so they can continue their education.
I will not find this easy so please help me if you can.
