I know you may think I am mad and getting old! For these reasons and the fact I am not a speed snake any more (if I ever was). I have decided not to run the London marathon normally, but to do it with a 40lb fridge on my back, at a more steady speed and pace! My intention is to raise money and the profile of the British Legion, the work they do with serving and ex service personel along with their families. Especially during these times of conflict and work in many theatres around the world. I am very proud to run the marathon for the British Legion and I would ask that you pass this E-mail event page to friends and family for further support to them.
