Q. How do I buy a ticket?

• Click "Donate". Choose your amount, 
• Do not tick the "Hide donation amount from public view" box, we need to see how much you donated to allocate your tickets. If we cannot see how much you donated, we will not be able to allocate you any tickets. 
• Continue with the steps by entering your full name. 
• You must add your email address into the notes box. If you do not add your email address, we might not be able to get in contact with you if you win to claim your prize. In this case, your prize will be redrawn. 
• Do not tick the box to "Hide your name and photo from public view". We use your name to allocate raffle tickets to you. If we cannot see your name, we will not be able to allocate you any tickets. 
• Select your payment method using JustGiving's secure payment options.
• At this point, you will be asked if you want to keep up to date with Rain Rescue, this is optional.
• You must tick the box alongside “I'm happy to be contacted by Leanne". JustGiving can then share your contact details with me and we can allocate you a ticket. If you do not check this box, we won't be able to get in contact with you if you win to claim your prize. In this case, your prize will be redrawn.
• Check all the details are correct before you confirm as you cannot add any information to your donation once you have made it.
• And you're done! Your tickets will be added to the raffle! We'll email your ticket numbers to you as soon as we can!

Q. Where does your money go? 

• All money raised from this raffle will go to Rain Rescue, a UK animal rescue charity, based in Rotherham. They help cats and dogs who don't have anyone else, rehabilitating them and finding them great homes!

Q. Will I receive a physical ticket?

• You will not receive a physical ticket. A ticket number will be allocated to you when purchase is verified by JustGiving.

Q. How will my data be used?

• Data stored for this raffle will only be used for the purpose of drawing and contacting the winners and all the data will be stored confidentially and destroyed securely after this event has ended on 10.03.2021

Q. Who will you draw the winners?

• An unbiased third party (TBC) will draw the winners and all tickets will be anonymous to the drawer. 

Q. Can anyone enter?

• Anyone can enter this raffle as part of our Animal Rescue Fundraising Week. The drawer and all people involved in running the raffle, as well as immediate families of the people involved, will not be eligible to enter the raffle.

Q. Who is running this raffle?

• This raffle is run by Leanne Lewis and Emma Carter, although we work for Lloyds Banking Group, this raffle is not directly associated with LBG. 

Q. Will the raffle rollover if you have not reached your target?

• This is a one off event and will not rollover after this event has ended on 10.03.21

Q. Can I claim gift aid on my donation?

• You cannot claim gift aid on these donations as you are receiving a raffle ticket in return for your donation.

Q. What is the minimum donation amount?

• Minimum donation to quality for a raffle ticket is £1. All donations under this amount will still be accepted but will not qualify for a raffle ticket.

Q. What prize is available?

• The prize has been supplied by @_aimprint_. It is a framed 8x10 inch digital drawing of your pet, or someone else's should you wish to do so.
