We have been locked down for 11 weeks here in Kabul and our washing machine has washed its last dog towel and blanket. 

For the last few days I have been washing them by hand. (washing smeared dog poo from a blanket by hand is just pure evil.....).

So as it is my birthday (5 freaking 1..) I am doing a 51 gym challenge here within the confines of the Nowzad clinic..

51 body weight squats (84kg)

51 body weight bench press (84kg)

51 hanging knee raises

51 half body weight curls (42kg) 

51 laps of a special little circuit I have made around the compound. 

Please if you can just donate the cost of a pint for my birthday and we can then buy a new washing machine because I am not hand washing any longer! Seriously not. £3.80 for a pint in my local back home.
