In September I’ll be cycling the N2 from Porto to the Algarve for the Fletchers Foundation a charity which supports people who have suffered life changing injuries as a result of accidents or clinical negligence, but are  unable to seek seek redress through the legal system.  

The challenge involves 750km of cycling with more than 9,500m of ascent through (i think) 4 mountain ranges and as would expect months of preparation and training.
