Hello, I'm Paul and run my own company Beacon Travel Service in Crowborough, East Sussex. I was born with congenital heart disease and have had alot of support in my early years through open heart operations, care at home and wonderful parents who have given me drive to get over it. So, to keep fit, I run, dance, hike and gardening, so I would say I am reasonably fit enough to do runs for charity. I have run the London Marathon, cycled from London to Brighton, hiked in the mountains of Slovenia and other running events over time. The hospices of this country need our help to continue to give support to those in need where hospitals fall short. My business partner Lisa sadly passed away this year, but had alot of wonderful support from our local hospice, you never know, you or someone you know may just need it in the future.
