I am aiming to run my first marathon in Manchester on Sunday 2nd April. I admit I picked Manchester because it is the flattest course in the country,

I don't have a long story to tell. Just that my dad died suddenly a few months ago and I want to run the Manchester in his memory. My dad was never one to say 'it's the taking part that counts'.so I really have to finish!
