Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page, its much appreciated.

To cut a long story short, last year I got involved in a local collective (Boldmere Bullets), a fantastic bunch who just love to run, cycle and socialize, what a perfect combo hey! In October I had the pleasure of meeting an amazing chap, he was just like the rest of us, he loves to run. Although for Darren its not as easy as that. Darren who is now a very good friend of mine suffered from Retinoblastoma a form of eye Cancer at the age of 15 months and lost sight in both his eyes. Myself and few others now help guide Darren on our runs, in and around Sutton Park, well TBF its more like the other way round........damn he's quick! Darren gave me the opportunity to run the London Marathon for a fantastic charity, the Childhood Eye Cancer Trust (CHECT) so I jumped at the chance.

So please could you help me raise some much needed funds for this amazing charity. Whatever you can give it'll make a massive difference for the young children who are in a similar situation as Darren was once in.
