On Christmas Eve 2019, my best friend and her partner welcomed their beautiful baby boy, Ralph Samuel Sullivan, into the world 12 weeks early. Devastatingly, Ralph could only spend a matter of hours with his Mummy & Daddy earth side before he passed away.

The time that followed Ralph’s passing was absolutely heartbreaking for Leonie & Sam and everyone close to them. No parent should ever have to lose their child and you just wish every day that you could take their pain away from them. Thankfully, a wonderful charity called Luna’s Fund played a huge role in helping Leonie & Sam during their journey after loss and I know how much this meant to them at such a difficult and devastating time. 

Luna’s fund charity’s aim is to positively aid the mental and physical health and wellbeing of bereaved parents by offering them a choice of tangible services they can access immediately upon leaving the hospital. They hope their services will positively impact the grieving process and give parents hope for their future; their ‘new normal. Luna’s Fund stands for ‘Love & Unity for Neonates And Stillborns’ and was founded by Aimee and Ryan Conroy after they tragically lost their baby girl Luna, who was born sleeping in November 2017. The work they have done and continue to do to help support bereaved parents is nothing short of amazing and their charity deserves all the donations it can get! I am personally so grateful to them for how much they helped Leonie & Sam, and I know that donations to this charity would mean the world to them. 

Please, help me to raise as much money as I can for such an incredible cause. I will be walking 10,000 steps minimum and doing 100 squats every single day throughout the month of June and would be so grateful to anyone who is able to donate. Every penny donated will go to Luna’s Fund and will help them to continue helping parents who have lost their baby/child through the most difficult time of their lives.
