Story

Thanks for taking the time to visiting the ‘Iestyn WILL beat cancer’ JustGiving page.

Our friend, Iestyn Thomas, (17 yrs) was recently diagnosed with stomach cancer and is currently receiving intense chemotherapy treatment at the Teenage Cancer Ward in Cardiff. He and his family are being supported by the excellent medical team and a charity called LATCH (Welsh Children’s Cancer Charity).

LATCH are a non profit charitable organisation who are best known for the provision of on site accommodation for families, to help keep them together during their child’s stay in hospital. LATCH needs to raise on average, £700,000 a year to cover the costs of supporting families. Please head to the website for more information about what this fantastic charity provides.

My colleagues  and I will be completing a number of fundraising activities over the course of the  next six months such as, head shaving and many fitness activities to try and raise as much money as we can for charity.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
