As any couple, we had planned to share our special day with all our family and community members. However, as the pandemic restrictions became more strict, we knew a big wedding was not an option anymore. Alhamdullah, we planned and Allah planned and He is the best of planners. Rather than limiting the happiness and joy we wanted to share, we thought it would be more appropriate to extend it to our brothers and sisters in Yemen.

Instead of joining us in a wedding, we hope you can help us celebrate by supporting our campaign for Yemen. Yemen is suffering from the the worst humanitarian crisis in the last 100 years. People in Yemen are starving to death. We don’t need presents, but Yemen needs our support. We’d really appreciate anything you can help with, even if it’s $1 or simply sharing the campaign. We (Oussama and Mariam) will be the first contributors and In Sha’a Allah with the help of our community (that’s you!) we can reach our goal and help Yemen today.
