Thanks for taking the time to visit  our JustGiving page

This is our 11th Year doing this challenge

2020/21 we raised just over £1000  So far this year we have raised £50 let’s hope we can raise £500 for NASS

Your support & donation is much appreciated

Axial Spondyloarthritis (AS) affects everyone differently in many ways. Exercise & daily stretches for AS patients are as important as  our medications we may take.

We are now in our 10th year of our Walk Your AS Off challenge. The Lovely
Jennifer Dye Visscher started Walk Your AS Off to raise awareness of Ankylosing Spondylitis , Axial Spondyloarthrtis (AS) Worldwide.
The idea is that we count every step that we take during the challenge, which officially starts on 1st MAY for the month of May
"Walk Your A.S. Off is a community organization that holds "vitural" walk events. Virtual simply means we walk or run where we live and work without the need to attend any events. We walk not only for our health but to raise awareness of Ankylosing Spondylitis (A.S.) We track our daily steps and set large collective goals. Our walks bring people & teams together from all over the globe, showing that a small group of people can take great strides to change the world.
Just log your daily steps around the house and outside the house
