In memory of Olga Critchley
We fund vital research into breast cancer to increase survival after diagnosis

Story

Sadly, Tony's wife Olga died in March 2017 this year after a long and painful battle with secondary breast cancer.

This disease is terminal and is given little publicity although it effects many thousands of people every year. Against Breast Cancer is a national charity with its headquarters in Abingdon. It funds vital research into finding ways to prevent, contain and hopefully eliminate this dreadful fatal disease. I know from firsthand what a painful form of cancer this is and to that end I am planning a big fundraising event to generate much needed funds to develop this research.

We are holding a fund raising event on Saturday 1st September 2017, this will be a fun night open to everyone and will include a race night which involves having a flutter on a screened series of horse races, plus a ladies’ darts challenge cup, as Tony's wife was a keen darts player in her time.

All money raised from the fund raising event and donations will be put together and given to Against Breast Cancer.
