MUMMERS and GAMES NIGHT

Fundraising for The Murray Parish Trust
£350
raised of £1,000 target
GAMES NIGHT at THE POACHER INN, 14 December 2019
We raise funds for children's healthcare to help children from the South of England

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Every year Odiham Mummers https://odihammummers.weebly.com/
collect money after each performance for a local charity.

This year it's personal….

One of our number has a nephew who is undergoing treatment for a life threatening brain tumour. He is six months old and has had several major operations so far. (The photos below are shocking...)

We are raising money towards equipment that would reduce the number of operations needed and improve the outcome.

PLEASE support us in raising as much
as we can between now and Boxing Day to make this life saving equipment a reality by;

  • Donating on our Just Giving Page

  • Coming to our Games Evening at The
Poacher in South Warnborough on Saturday 14th December
http://poacherinn.com/whats-on/ (Live Rock'n'Roll Bingo, Quiz, Play Your Cards Right and more...)

  • Putting any spare change (or paper!)
in our collecting tins in local shops and businesses

  • Buying our Raffle tickets (from local
    shops and businesses)

  • Coming to see the Mummers on Boxing Day and putting money in the hats!

We will be raising money for the

Murray Parish Trust iMRI Suite Appeal.

https://themurrayparishtrust.com/

The iMRI Suite is the Murray Parish Trust’s latest challenge to raise £5.5 million to fund a revolutionary intra-operative MRI (iMRI) Suite at Southampton Children’s Hospital. The hospital treats hundreds of children undergoing brain surgery each year and with 80% of these cases being emergency admissions time is truly of the essence.

This real time scanner gives surgeons a greater chance of removing the tumour in the first operation. Imagine what a huge difference this could make to the children and their families…including our Mummer’s.

Thank you.
