Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Back in 2009 my Mum was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, a degenerative disease that can affect all parts of her life.
Over the last 5 years this has effected my family, but brought us closer together. At times it has been hard, not just for my Mum, but for my sister, my Dad and myself. We have all tried to be positive and to keep things as normal as possible, but it has been hard, thankfully my Mum is a very strong individual, and although it has been tough for her, she has done everything she can to keep herself fit and healthy. She has also thrown herself toward raising money for the MS trust. I feel that the least I can do for all the years she has looked after me is to help raise as much money as I can to help make her life easier, as unfortunately it will only get harder in time.
The good thing about the MS trust is that the majority of the money raised goes towards research and providing people suffering with MS with as much information as possible. It is not a government funded organisation, so relies purely on donations to keep doing the excellent work it does.
Thank you for reading this
