Now magazine have teamed up with Greenfingers - a small national charity dedicated to creating magical gardens for children's hospices around the UK - to build, paint and plant a beautiful garden at Little Havens hospice in Essex.

We have created a Grow Your Own garden for the children and their families with the help of Mark Wright, Union J, Sam Callahan, TOWIE's Ferne and Grace, Francine Lewis and Matt Evers. 

We need your donations for Greenfingers who have built this beautiful garden for the children and families at the hospice. Please help us make this a reality for others like them. Every pound will make a real difference to these families and other in the UK.
