Challenge yourself and help raise vital funds for Cahonas. In 2020 My Peak Challenge are once again supporting the Cahonas Scotland Testicular Cancer Education and Awareness and our life saving education programme.

Story

April is testicular Cancer Awareness Month.  In support of this, the Northeast Peakers are raising awareness and money for Cahonas Scotland with our “Save the Cahonas” workout .  Try our workout and get your friends to join in as well.

The Northeast Peakers are an official My Peak Challenge Ambassador group.  Founded by philanthropist and actor Sam Heughan, My Peak Challenge is a global movement dedicated to educating and inspiring its members to live healthier, happier, and more balanced lives while raising funds to change lives.

Cahonas Scotland exist to educate males in Scotland on the importance of early detection, through regular self-checking. Cahonas Scotland is committed to ensuring all cases of testicular cancer are diagnosed at the earliest stage possible, where treatment is more effective and survival rates higher.
