I have been awarded a spot on the Zalaris Charity Team to race Norseman 2023. As part of this fundraising effort I will also attempt to complete the following:

April 2023 hosting the Norseman Challenge for the month. This virtual race gives everyone the opportunity to complete the Norseman distance and elevation over the month by swim, bike, run or walk. It also shows everyone who enters exactly what needs to be achieved in the Race!,

May 27th 2023 Everest Challenge, to climb 8,849m in one day on my bike! venue Tbc.

June 18th 2023 The Dragon Ride, 305km sportive over every mountain in south Wales!

July 8th 2023 Tenby Tenfoot swim. 5.5km Sea swim around from north beach Tenby to Saundersfoot beach.

Being diagnosed with cancer means people face an extremely tough journey. There is so much thrown at you both physically and mentally during treatment and it doesn't just stop there. MOVE is embarking on a mission to inspire people to #MoveAgainstCancerMOVE provide practical and online support to people living with and beyond cancer. We focus our services on children and young people living with and beyond cancer and also a wider age range through our new 5k Your way, Move against Cancer initiative linked to parkrun.
