Worthy's Home Food feast

Worthy's Home Food feast · 28 December 2020
I, LCpl Singh from RLC RHQ CET ,my wife Khush & Little Sehej, are cooking wholesome & delicious meals to support the week-long fund-raising campaign for the non-profit “Khalsa Aid UK”. Cooking is one of my most favorite hobbies and I have a rich experience of 13 years in it, but the real reason behind why I chose cooking as a fundraiser is far more mystic and divine.
So we thought of spreading the joys of Christmas and New Year by organizing a charity fund raise in our community! To help in spreading holiday cheer all around us, we are coming up with a home food feast in Local community. Let's join hands and bring a smile on each one's face before 2020 ends!
Khalsa Aid – Khalsa Aid is an international NGO established to provide humanitarian aid in disaster areas and civil conflict zones around the world. The organisation is based upon the Sikh principle of "Recognise the whole human race as one".Ravinder (Ravi) Singh Khalsa, who was struck by the plight of the refugees in Kosovo in 1999, founded the charity. That year also marked the 300th birth anniversary of the Khalsa Panth, which was an opportunity for the community to reflect on the core teachings of their faith.
Khalsa Aid and Me – Why I support it.
Khalsa Aid has stood for a noble cause throughout its age and still does humanitarian service when and where needed..I know Ravi Singh personally and have been blessed with the opportunity to work closely as a volunteer in the past few occasions.
Khalsa Aid it’s a humanitarian organization leaves no opportunity to help people in difficult times. As millions suffer during this pandemic, Khalsa Aid has once again come forward to help people.
The most recent example is meals for 3000 truck drivers stuck at M 20 Dover Port due to Covid-19 restrictions.
