On 20th September, Nikki Smith, Stephen Adams, Jax Mason and Heide Theune will be taking part in the 10km Rock Solid race in aid of the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

About the race: This obstacle race event is to be held at Milton Keynes Silverstone Woodlands on 20th September 2014. We will take on the brutal 10km assault course, which involves crawling under barbed wire ‘The Wire’, scaling 8ft walls ‘Wall to Wall’, jumping fire ‘Inferno’ and having a dip in some ice skips ‘Shiver me Trainers’, along with many other treats!

We are doing it in memory of our School friend who very sadly lost her battle with this terribly disease recently. The strength and courage she  showed in dealing with it was truly amazing and she has inspired us to raise money for the association that helps sufferers and their families.
