I've joined sparkle on their mission to meet their funding target and decided to join the challenge sparkle Sheffield by taking part in their monthly challenges !!! 

Charities have been hit massively hard and are struggling, so I will do what I can to help Sparkle Sheffield meet their funding target.  

This month, November is the 24hr exercise in November challenge. Sooooo I have to do 24hr hours worth of exercise over the month November!!
