On 20 October, I am, for my sins, one of the BMS team taking part in a sponsored abseil on the ArcelorMittal Orbit at the Olympic park, the highest free fall abseil in the UK, in aid of CoachCore, BMS's 2022 Charity Partner.

Anything you can spare will go to changing the lives of young adults not in employment, education or training through community sports apprenticeships.
