Hi everyone, it Zoe Harvey here (the pretty furry one by the way) an ex-Forever Hounds Trust (www.foreverhoundstrust.org) hound who has been lucky enough to have found my forever home with my new hooman mum and dad Nicky and Jon. I love living here in the beautiful Wye Valley where it is great to go running in the woods, even though those slow hoomans do a lot less mileage than me. 

Anyway I know there are lots of poor hounds who aren’t as lucky as me and are still being helped by Forever Hounds Trust (the charity is funded purely on donations) so I though the least I could do was a new year challenge to try and raise some money (and also get those lazy hoomans moving!)  So my plan is to run a marathon a month for 6 months starting in January 2022, and try and raise £1,000 for FHT – this will be measured by mum and dad’s distance over the month as I will actually easily do this (ha ha). 

Please give generously as there are so many hounds needing support who have been abandoned, abused or neglected and they all deserve a warm and happy life in their forever home like me.
