We provide mental health support to children, young people and families

Story

I have worked at the Young person's Advisory service for 19 years as both therapist and manager, recently taking the huge step to leave my job, my second home for pastures new and some Nicky time.

Like many people I have found  lockdown a significant challenge particularly when it came to my own mental health. With little else to do I discovered the huge benefit of simply putting one foot in front of the other, getting outside and going for a walk.

I want to put this new found activity to good use  to raise funds for the incredible team at YPAS and  the children, young people and families they serve...please give generously :)

I will be walking 1000 miles, 10 miles a day starting the 1st June.

Boots, sunscreen and blister plasters are ready... Nicky time lets go!!!!
