As one of the counsellors at The Southmead Project, I have been moved many times by the traumatic stories that our clients bring. It is humbling to be part of each person's journey of healing. The lengths that survivors of abuse will go to improve their lives is truly staggering.

The Southmead Project rely on charitable donations to keep doing their work. They are working hard to reduce waiting times for clients but demand for the service is very high. As such, anything you can afford really does go a long way to helping transform clients' lives. Thank you.

Having been a life-long cyclist, I have only recently discovered running. I have never run a half marathon before but would like to challenge myself to complete the event in under 85 minutes. My ultimate aim is to get close to or even under 80 minutes. I have no idea if my legs will allow me! However, would it be worth an extra donation if I achieved this enormous goal?
