Why I'm doing the biggest loser challenge...
To improve my overall physical and mental health & to give myself something to focus on throughout the winter. I want to raise money to give something back to the industry and to people who need it the most.
I want to lose 12kg to a target weight of 75kg and to lower my body fat percentage. I will be running, swimming, cycling, kayaking & doing press ups (push ups if you're reading this from the USA!).
