I  am cycling the 2020 Tour de France route (21 stages totalling 3,479.7km or 2,110.75 miles) and swimming the 23 miles or 33.8 km of the English Channel (La Manche) to raise badly needed funds for a cause very close to my heart to support Christians who are being persecuted around the world for their faith (persecution which has got even worse during the pandemic where they are being denied food as well) especially in countries like North Korea.

Please be generous, once again in supporting the work of Open Doors who use their networks to get food, medical resources and other forms of badly needed support through their networks in many countries - a challenge that has been made all the more difficult throughout the pandemic.

I will aim to post regular updates of progress on here - its going to take quite a while !
