My 8 year old son Myles has Autism so it is something that My family have to deal with every single day. Some days are good ones some are not so good but every day i thank god for such a wonderful child.

He is the most caring and giving person, who wants nothing more than to cuddle and play. But only when he wants to!

As he has been growing up we have done all the "normal" family things, holidays, shopping and days out. Many times we have had people move away from us or heard comments "control your child" "bloody parents" as someone walks past. We have even had people come over and scream at him for something hes done. 

Some people just dont understand what its like and how frustrating it can be, But thankfully there are charities like The National Autistic Society who try to raise awarness and support families.

So to try and raise as much money to help this cause which is close to my heart i and a team of four others have decided to participate in a 20 mile obstacle course called Rat Race - Dirty Weekend. With over 200 obstacles spread over the distance one being a 110 meter monkey bars its sure to be one of the biggest challenges of my life. So please dig deep and donate to this wonderfull cause.
