I'm rowing the Atlantic (with some other fantastic folks) and will depart in early December 2023 from Tenerife and arrive in Falmouth Harbour, Antigua arriving hopefully mid January 2024.

I am undertaking this challenge to raise money for the charity BEAT – UK’s Eating Disorder charity. A member of my close family has agreed that I can share their story battling anorexia. The  courage they show in fighting this dreadful illness inspired me to take on this challenge to raise much needed funds to help support these young (and old) people.
