In the name of Allah the beneficent and the most merciful.
"Verily we belong to Allah, and verily to him do we return"
On the 31st October, our beloved father, Haji Nazir Yusuf Suleman Ali passed away. Our father was an extraordinary man. Not only did he have time to give his family everything they could have ever wished for and more, but he also dedicated his time, wealth and energy to helping others. He did this not for praise or recognition but for the genuine desire to help others and for the betterment of the Muslim Ummah.
There was no limit to our father's charitable acts. Every Friday, he fed the homeless in Manchester City Centre, no matter what the weather and even during Ramadan.
He was a hard-working dedicated trustee with local charity Friends For You (Fisabilillah Foundation). He travelled across the world to help the poor and needy with fellow trustees to help and aid the plight of the Rohingya, Syrian, Palestine/Gaza refugees and parts of Africa, helping millions over the years with food, water, medical, education, orphans, housing and much more etc.

He helped his local mosque and community and also helped to create a Fisabillah Muslim marriage proposal organisation to help Muslim's find partners in a halal way. He also founded his own family charity called Yusuf Family Welfare Trust.

He worked with many other charity partners besides his own by driving ambulances to help those effected by conflicts and war.
My father did many other charitable acts that are only coming to light now and some we will simply never know because he did not do it for recognition but to simply help others.
Friends For You is partnering with Yusuf Family Welfare Trust to build a mosque and other facilities which will have a lasting impact on the poor and needy.
We want this to be a means of Sadqa-e-Jariyah for him and to show our appreciation for all the good he did in this world.
So please donate as much as you can so that we can create an everlasting source of good deeds for him which you can share too.
May Allah accept the efforts of our beloved father to help those in need and may he be granted Jannatul Firdous. May Allah bless you all for your kind donations, support and Duas. Ameen thumma ameen.
