Friends and family, thank you for visiting my page. When I learnt that Willen Hospice help people at the most lonely, vulnerable and anxious time of their lives, all for free, with the fundraising help of ordinary people like me (and hopefully, you), it was a no brainer. And when I realised I could combine this with my great love affair with Strictly, I said yes I would do it before former competitor, Rachelle Wathen could even get the words out to ask me!

So, thanks Rachelle for helping me make a difference, while helping me tick something off my bucket list at the same time. Spray tans, sparkles, sequins and fake ponies, tick. Fox trot, Cha Cha Cha and a surprise dance which may end in me being fired from a cannon a la John Sergeant, hhhmmm, the jury's out. Having to learn technique and actual footwork is quite a terryifying proposition. And to have people watching me, where's the door. Fox trot rehearsals last night were a 'disaster darling' but I'm sure once I get to meet my professional dance partner, it will all fall into place...?
